October is Dental Hygiene Awareness Month
It’s National Dental Hygiene Awareness Month. It’s important to have an oral health checkup and cleaning every six months, but it’s just as important to keep up with your oral health daily while you’re at home. You need to BRUSH, FLOSS, RINSE, and CHEW.
BRUSH – 2 minutes, 2 times a day
FLOSS – Daily using proper flossing technique
RINSE – Daily with an anti-microbial mouth rinse
CHEW – Sugar -free gum after eating.
